![]() ![]() The computer is recognizing the modem but VZAccess Manger isn't. Do any of the lights come on when you insert the modem? Have you tried a different USB port? The computer is not recognizing the modem. Click on the arrow beside Modems and look for the Novatel Wireless Modem. Let it install the drivers for the device. Pull the modem out of your computer and restart the computer. Click on the arrow beside Modems and find the Novatel Wireless Modem. Insert your modem and than go to Control Panel > Device Driver. ![]() Re-insert the modem and it should prompt you to install. Once done uninstalling reboot theĬomputer. Select VZ Access Manager and press uninstall. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. Go to Control Panel>Software>Add/Removeĥ) Uninstall VZ Access Manager and re-install Security bar and see what antivirus program it shows. On Windows 7 and Vista go to Control Panel>System Security>Action Center, Drop down the Intermittently blinking Blue – The modem is connected to a 4G network.Ĥ) Check for an outdated Antivirus and remove it. Slowly blinking Blue – The modem is searching for a 3G network Solid Blue – The modem is ready to connect to a 4G network Intermittently blinking Green – The modem is connected to a 3G network Slowly blinking Green – The modem is searching for a 3G network Solid Green – The modem is ready to connect No light – There is no power to the device 1) Try the simple thing of turning the computer off and than restarting it with the modemĢ) Try plugging the modem into a different USB port.ģ) What color is the status light on the side of the modem?
